The Lulworth Estate in Dorset, one of the most geologically significant and beautiful places on earth (and a UNESCO World Heritage site), is offering a unique ‘Sea and Sky’ weekend package, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in this incredible location during May and June 2020.
The package includes a 3-hour long coasteering session with outdoor adventure specialists Lulworth Outdoors, which will allow participants to come up close and personal to the Estate’s unique Jurassic coastline at sea-level. Visitors will then be taken on a night-time walk with a Lulworth Ranger to see Lulworth Cove, minus the day trippers and with the most incredible view of the Milky Way stretching across the sky (weather permitting.) Those on the weekend will then be able to saunter back to their luxury self-catering holiday cottage right on the Estate, sinking into a Hypnos bed with a cashmere mattress. Groups of up to 18 can take part in the ‘Sea & Sky’ weekends, thanks to the Estate’s two, recently launched ‘country manor’ properties – The Lindens and Woodside Lodge.
The Lulworth Estate’s ‘Sea & Sky’ weekend package:
– Saturday (day): Coasteering in turquoise seas, exploring Jurassic caves with Lulworth Outdoors (weather dependent)
– Saturday (night): A night-time walk to Lulworth Cove to see the incredible Milky Way stretch across the sky (subject to weather and tides)
– Includes a 3-night stay in one of the Lulworth Estate’s luxury self-catering cottages
– Prices vary according to the Lulworth Estate cottage booked as part of the package and range from £205 per person (‘Sea & Sky’ package plus a 3 night stay at Spring Cottage) to £256 per person (‘Sea & Sky’ package plus a 3 night stay at Cove Cottage.)
– Package can be booked by groups as large as 18, but there is a minimum booking number of 2
– Bookable during all weekends from 2nd May 2020 to 27th June 2020
